Welcome to my Listingbook website.  This is a new search engine that is tied into the same multiple listing system used by real estate agents in the Westchester - Putnam area.  It provides information that is not found on other property search sites such as price history and how many days a property has been on the market.  It also shows what has sold in the area, a feature not found on many other sites.  Many of my clients who are using it prefer it to any other site.
